Jonishi Rei (Reechan)

Rei is gorgeous but personally I think Kei is slightly better looking facially. Kei has a well proportioned symmetrical face whereas Rei's nose is a bit too wide and flat. Rei's boobs are bigger though which is important for gravure. Then again Suuchan's body is kind of perfect for gravure too though...and then there's Mirurun who's exceptionally pretty with a slightly thicker body....lets face it, NMB is stacked with gravure talent again!

btw I've seen Hisamatsu's gravure in the backs of magazines but I only have eyes for idols!(although there is a girl I've seen lately called Aika Sawaguchi who is very good looking)

I pre-ordered her upcoming photo book today from cdjapan---$19 plus $25 express shipping from DHL. Late November can't come soon enough. This will be my 21st AKB48 photobook. I am betting this book is going to sell very very well. I am disappointed that Owada Nana's latest will be in the form of an e-book.

I received my Jonishi Rei photo book this afternoon. A quick shoutout to DHL. This book was in Tokyo yesterday and at my front door in Springfield, Pennsylvania this afternoon. Very impressive. I've become convinced that if you throw enough money at these delivery companies, they can get a package to you from the other side of the world in a few hours. Their organization and technology are absolutely jaw-dropping. That's the main reason I only use DHL. But in the realm of worldwide shipping, we all know you only get what you pay for.
About the book:
1. DECENT SIZE---- a tad under 8'' x 10''
2. LOTS AND LOTS OF PICTURES OF KIE'S LITTLE SISTER IN MANY DIFFERENT OUTFITS AND POSES---they never seem to number the pages in these books, but it's a good size photo book.
3. MORE ''WHOLESOME'' A PHOTO BOOK THAN I ANTICIPATED----Rei is obviously well-known throughout NMB for being very very well-endowed and I was surprised that there weren't as many photos featuring her awesome figure as I thought there would be. It wasn't similar to Maeda Ami's recent ''beauty book'', but, at the same time, wasn't nearly as revealing as Naanya's gravure shoot or, say, Hirari's book and/or calendar. I'm thinking her relatively young age may have played a part in that decision.
All in all, a wonderful first book for Rei which should sell very well and produce a sequel in a year or two. I can't imagine any of her fans being disappointed here. Again, my humble opinions only. My feelings won't be hurt if anyone or everyone disagrees. A quick edit here. I have always believed that the models are held captive by the photographers in regards to the quality of the photo shoot. A perfect example is the Oshima Mai book from a couple years ago. I absolutely couldn't wait to get my hands on that missive. Maimai has always been a personal favorite and I think her photographer let her down badly. He had her dressed up in weird costumes in the woods and other silly things. I was so disappointed. If you're shooting a beautiful, sexy, curvaceous woman, your job is make that woman appear a goddess to her fans, not put her in a dragon costume. Just saying.

 

I got my book in today as well, and as I was flipping through the pages, I had a thought. What would it take get Rei to do a complete shot for shot copy of one Kei's PBs? I'd settle for a few pages worth if she upped them to her Twitter.

 

I have two of Kei's books and I was surprised that facially the girls really don't resemble each other all that much. At least, I didn't think so.
