I posted on the Spring Festival thread about how I pushed in near the front for the Team B stage and how I caught Yukirin’s eye a few times... So I’ve just had HS with her. I told her I was from England and I quickly said ‘Yokohama Stadium Team B stage’ - and her eyes lit up and she said ‘aaaaaahhhhh!’ So yes I think you can say she remembered me! Time was already up but she thanked me and waved goodbye to me for quite a long time as I left her booth. In close-up she looks rather taller than she even looks on the screen and she’s certainly very pretty. However I found myself smiling as my turn to meet her approached. She was making me feel good even before I’d met her!

She also posted photos on her Twitter: I'm actually surprised at how often Yukirin is invited to Utacon. She's almost a regular there LOL it's quite amazing of her as an idol... I guess she does a great job so they keep inviting her. She performs solo covers of songs, she performs duets with veteran singers, group performances (with sometimes special costumes too), solo dance in the background for another singer's performance... and she does all of these perfectly! This time Team 8 was invited too and it made me happy (I love them). I was wondering if Yukirin being invited so often played a part in Team 8 being invited since they're all under AKB. I feel like it might have helped? She also did the intro for them during the talk and it we nice, like an older sister I think it helped them a lot to have Yukirin there, they must have been nervous. This all just reminded me how great Yukirin is, how much AKB is lucky to have her (and still have her), how much she contribute to the group... with all her talents, she gives a great image to AKB (and they really do need it now). She is the perfect idol, and at the same time she is above the idol level. I mean not many idols could do all these collabs with veteran singers and do it so well! It's not even just about singing, her dancing is great and she still shines so much when she performs on Tv or at theater, she has so much energy. She has a great personnality, good at talking, and still funny with her reactions. She acts well (I loved the little drama she did at the end of last year). Her solo concerts are awesome. And lastly she looks beautiful and cute, she's great in photoshoots etc. Oh and also, she is still humble and kind despite being so popular, she is really kind and natural. I love her! I'm so glad that AKB has Yukirin, I'm glad that she loves AKB and she loves being idol, and I'm glad she is staying in the group and doing so much for it. She's amazing!
