EDITED: after rewatching Masaka MV, i think i have my answers. the "golden mic" is a fully contained storyline in NMB48 (beginning with 16th single Boku Igai no Dareka) and applies to only NMB48's current single center. it does not apply to album release centers like Mikana centering "Done". only question remains is if the mic truly originated from Moody Katsuyama

I don't know how many people would actually read and respond to Chihi's thread but as she is one of the more popular NMB48 members I thought it would be as good a place as any to post a question:

At the end of Sukida Mushi PV, Chihi receives the golden mic from what is easy to deduce as Miru. This gold mic, that Chihi uses every Team M performance, can be traced to the gold mic from the album song Masaka Singapore. In Singapore the mic is being chased down by the NMB48 senbatsu members until the ending when Sayanee tosses it bouquet style to the receiving Miru. My question are: is this the same mic from Kibouteki Refrain? If so, how did it end up in the Osaka team with Sayanee and what about the other mic from Refrain? (There were a pair of mics for the double centers Mayuyu and Sakura). Does any other group use the golden mic? will the other mic show up in AKB48 ever again (i remember now gold mics in kimi wa melody)?

Or does Chihi's mic actually belong to Moody Katsuyama?


Lastly, everyone should watch Masaka Singapore PV again, because it is amazing
