There's gonna be lot of changes for next single senbatsu.

 

I think that paragraph is saying she's glad that she was senbatsu for her final song, rather than an under like the songs before.

Damn...there goes my fav Nogi member. Honestly she was the only reason I was keeping up with them lately because I haven't been too into their singles these days. Well, I hope she gets a nice send off - a mini concert or something.

Hinako’s not participating in senbatsu or unders for the 29th single. (She could still have a solo or unit song though)

選抜アンダーとして最後の参加曲のポジションは選抜二列目下手端でした！
Hinako’s final senbatsu/under position in a song was: the leftmost position of the 2nd row of senbatsu. (This is probably referring to her position in Saigo no Tight Hug, since Hinako was in the 3rd row for the 28th single.)

 

so happens that everyone's fear with the pb announcement was actually true, just that the announcement was delayed
