I take it that @David61 is a bit too much in shock right now and that is why he left it out of his post (which I totally understand):

In her post on X she also told that today, at the theatre performance, she announced her graduation.
Her graduation will be around february next year.

Komiharu to me was always someone who didn't really got the attention in AKB that she deserves.
Her graduation was often speculated about for years.
The fact that despite that she continued to work hard and garner a loyal group of fans is comendable.
I especially like the efforts she did in recent years to truly establish herself as more of an independant idol within the group.

I look forward to her future.

 

I did include it in my first post which is four above this one with an 'interlude' between that and my second one. But yes I fully agree with you that she never got the attention she deserved. I first met her at HS in 2017 and I had the first of 9 (might it be 10 if I can get to Japan again in time?) very nice in-person meetings with her, not to mention many online talks. She quickly became my replacement oshimen after Mayuyu graduated and I've always adored her beauty and her talent. I know she'll be very successful in acting and I dream that just maybe her acting career can go international and she can follow in the steps of Ricchan to a London theatre stage.
