It's probably just me worrying too much but it seems she's lost so much weight over the past couple of months hope she does not get sick or anything, it kinda pains me to look back on these past pictures of her and see her so skinny がんばって、なるちゃん！

True. But I remember reading somewhere on twitter during a recent handshake event, a fan brought it up and asked her to watch her health and she said she'll be careful with her health. (She hasn't talked about the reason why she lost that much weight, right? If I remember correctly.) I really hope she'll recover soon, I miss her chubby cheeks so much

^ Just when I got a glimmer of hope that she's already starting to recover her weight after seeing T8's latest appearance on AKB48 SHOW (here), it seems like that performance was just pre-recorded before her sudden weight loss. It's really beginning to look like she's developing anorexia. (let's pray it's not ) I hope the management takes notice of it. I really think she needs a lot of rest, I really wouldn't mind if she takes a hiatus from now if that would help her recover.
I also think that she needs a bit of rest, I guess she's just overworked + the recent Kumamoto earthquake must also had an effect, I believe that Naru can take care of herself though. I also don't want to believe it's anorexia, but I am quite positive it's not. But I won't really know unless she actually talks about it.
