Who won a plastic trophy on a music show, a literally "who gives a ****" result. Some knetz are beyond bitter about Le Sserafim it seems.
This is one of the few reasons why I just can't get into Kpop as much as I am into Jpop. Sure, no music industry is perfect and there's surely a lot going wrong in Japanese pop and/or idol culture, but the fan mentality really puts me off. Everything is taken sooo seriously. It feels more like a chore (also with streaming), and not like a hobby.

I got into Kpop through Produce48 basically, I'd ignored it pretty much till then but I came to like a lot of the groups and a lot of the music. Kpop Youtube is so so much better than 48/46 group youtube for example with the plethora of fancams and dance practices, music show channels, there is just oceans of content. But I wasn't prepared for Kpop twitter, it is so much more vicious than 48/46 group socials. Maybe it's because the average age of international kpop fans is lower but there is a herd mentality where if there's any kind of controversy they will attack like a hive mind, often irrationally....there were people on twitter slagging off Garam because "she had an evil looking face" ffs. I recall one controvery I*Zone had where Eunbi had a jewel on her forehead in a PV and these idiots on twitter brigaded the Izone's agency because they thought it was a bindi and were screaming cultural appropriation and no amount of evidence to the contrary could placate these loons. That's why for me, Kpop is a thing where I can enjoy the content but the social aspect is just way too crazy.

Today was their goodbye stage! I loved the suits and glasses, and subtle changes to the choreography. Very cute. -- A few days ago, Dispatch posted a new photoshoot. I attached the group shots, but there's pics of each member, too.
