    LE SSERAFIM is again in the middle of a controversy after releasing the cover of the Japanese magazine Nonno August edition. The image features the girl group members, including the controversial Kim Garam.

    Many share their reaction to Kim Garam's inclusion in the image, knowing she has been on an indefinite hiatus due to the school bullying controversy she gets embroiled in. So, what do fans have to say about it?

    AllKpop noted the cover photo was taken even before the rookie idol's hiatus was announced; thus, she was still part of the pictorial. So when the picture was pre-released, netizens couldn't help but share their thoughts about it.

    They evidently showed how displeased they were with the photographs that included the alleged school bully. In fact, some of them suggested that the magazine should have at least edited the pictures and removed her.

    Some fans said people behind the spread should have edited her out or let her stand on the outside, so it would be easier to remove her image. Others questioned why she was still included on the cover and asked if she wasn't removed from the group yet."

    "broadcast on the Japanese broadcast "LE SSERAFIM" at midnight on the 16th. Appeared in "All Night Nippon X (Cross)".

    Regarding the composition of the group, Miyawaki introduced, "There are 6 members, Kim Chae Won, Sakura, Ho Yun Jin, Kazuha, Kim Garam, Hong Eun Che." Currently, Kim Garam is suspended on suspicion of "bullying", but Miyawaki has not missed her name."

    Today I had my online talk with Yunjin:

    Firstly though I had a small ID check issue in that staff-san (who was Japanese so the group must indeed be in Japan right now) simply held up a sign in English saying that there's a problem with my ID and then disconnected me! I then tried again and found myself with a different staff member (again Japanese) who held up a different sign in English with the usual rules about not taking photos and videos, and this time I was through to the queue for the online talk.

    After a few minutes I was connected to Yunjin who as might be expected was rather surprised to see a non-Japanese fan. I said I was from England and she said "Wow! I'm so happy to meet you!" I then said that I'd been a been a fan of K-pop for 12 years and that LE SSERAFIM are among my all-time favourite groups which she thanked me for. I said I hope I could see the group in concert one day, she said "We'd love to come and play for you guys!". The 10-second warning had now appeared so I thanked her and she thanked me again, she said "I love you" while making a heart sign but then time was up.

    She was certainly very lovely but most of all she did seem genuinely happy to see an English fan and to me her reactions appeared to be very sincere. It was great fun to speak to her and certainly a different experience to my online talks with AKB48 members!

    This happens to me quite frequently, especially if they notice I don't understand Japanese perfectly well. I wouldn't worry much about it - the only thing that happens is that they say they can't verify you themselves, so they'll put you into "Info" (the orange button on withlive turns from "enter" to "info"), and the next person to check your ID will usually take you through it.

    I have a talk with Chaewon on the 26th, so very much looking forward to it :inlove: I love Chaewon as a person and especially as a former WIZ*ONE I'm super excited, but simply due to the language barrier, I almost hoped to get Yunjin, Sakura or Kazuha. I'm not sure how well Chaewon and I will be able to understand each other, since I don't speak any Korean and I'm not sure what her Japanese and/or English are like :cold:
