i am debating on any kasai, and mariko pix, wonder what that is going to cost me? $$$

extra step for us folks in the USA...
    paypal,
    -Rinkya...

i am thinking maybe when all is said and done...4000 yen for a kasai photo, is that too much?
Acchan could be about the same, ne?

Depends on what photo you want. Older photos tend to be a little cheaper, because the mad rush to buy them is gone.

I don't Know if this is true or not but I read in some AKB48-fan's blogs that the reason why a-chan cried in the shaking-hand event is because the a-chan fans line to have a hand-shake was small and she fell sad about that and cried (don't cry a-chan you are boku no taiyou)
The fans don't came to the event because a-chan are not scheduled to do the hand-shake event was a urgent decision to but her in the hand-shake event because of that a-chan's fans didn't have time to buy the ticket to the event

about Oshima Mai cause I read 2 reasons
1- is because one the fans (a scary one) don't want to release Maimai hands and staffs had to expulse this fan and because of this scary fan she cried
2- when one of the staff make one of the fans release Maimai hand because the time was up he trow something to the staff and because of this Maimai cried.

I don't think Acchan has to worry about how many fans she has; she's clearly the one girl who will never have problems in that respect. Still, I can imagine something like that would be kinda depressing.

Maimai should have just punched him...

It's true that Acchan had the least fans at the hand-shaking event, but I don't think that's the reason she cried.

About Maimai's case, I heard that a man didn't release hands, so staff tried to keep him away from Maimai. Then he got angry and said something to Maimai.

I don't think she will never have such a problem.
It's obvious that her fans are moving to other girls.
Since now she is heading toward more of TV or movie thingy and she doesn't show up at hand-shaking events or stages as often as before, lots of fans are complaining about that.
It's so easy to find slanders against Acchan on the Internet.

^ their loss :p I actually prefer the direction she's moving in myself, and I really don't think it'll be that hard for her to find other/new fans as an actress. She's a very talented and pretty girl, and she's got the pushing of some bigwigs behind her. She'll do fine <3

When I was searching about what happening in the hand-shake event I found one guy saying that maybe one of the reason that a-chan's fans didn't go to the hand-shake event is because that was a war declaration to the agencies because she don't come so often to the theater and go to the events.
I think this guy is thinking too much

^^ If she wants to more focus on being actress, I personally think she should graduate from AKB48.
If she stays in AKB48, it'll lower the motivation of the other girls.

I think it's kinda well known though that AKB is just a stepping stone for all the girls. Even Akimoto said he's using it to make them famous in other respects, such as acting. I don't see a need for Acchan to graduate just because she's starting to become successful elsewhere. If anything I think that makes the other girls want to try harder as well. Rivalry can be a great thing.

I don't think she have to graduate because AKB48 is a idol project not only a singer group AKB have a comedian due why not create a actress

and I will be very sad if she graduate

If all girls can receive fair treatment, I think it would work well.
    But unfortunately, they can't.
For example, there are lots of girls who can sing better than Acchan, but they can't get as many solo lines as Acchan does. you know.

Well we can't exactly be communist either :p It's a matter of who works hard, who has the talent, who's good looking, who Akimoto or the big wigs like, etc etc. There are nearly 50 girls. It's impossible to push every one of them. Those who can or have proven themselves got the push, Acchan happened to be one of them. Don't see why she should be 'punished' and graduated because of that.

I didn't mean she should be panished and graduated.
But I mean if she graduates, she can spend more time to do actress jobs.
AKB48 is almost 100% supported by money from fans.
So if non-Acchan fans complain about this situation and they stop spending money on watching a show, buying CD & DVD, and all other AKB48 stuff, it will lead the collapse of AKB48.

I don't know but if the girl work hard they will have something in change the audience will notice that and start to like the girl
i am an a-chan fan my opinion is suspect

I really don't think fans are going to stop buying things or going to shows just because Acchan is there. I mean, I despise Megumi with a passion, Haruna too, but it's never changed my feelings whenever they're in the same room as the rest of the girls. MARIA is still one of my favourite songs, and favourite performances.

AKB would lose something huge if those lost Acchan right now. I honestly think it would do more damage than good, because I still firmly believe she brings in a hell of a lot more money than most of the other girls.

I think we have a really bad case of vocal minority here. The people who have no problem with Acchan pursuing other endeavors don't give a hoot, but the people who have a problem are going to b1tch to their heart's content. I think I will send her a fanletter sometime and show her some support, in case she was upset over her handshake turnout.
