I never saw the previous seasons at all. The first two were set at a school and then the third at a prison, right? I wonder if this new one will link to the previous ones or if it will be as new.

 

I'd like to see a continuation to Maji3, but the way they ended it means that they could do something completely different.

I'm ok with anything really! Though I'm most excited to see which girls will get chosen for the main cast.

 

Hoping for the Three Musketeers + Naanya and Miion + AKB draft members + Ikumin as the new Maeda.
And then everyone else.

But... do they really have time to film this in 2 months (cause I expect it to start at the end of January, if anything)?

Yes, the 2 first seasons are related, but the 3rd one was something different and separate.
and I think they'll also make the 4th season something different, especially with the change of cast...

Yes I also thought about this, 2 months isn't a lot, then again I think Sailor Zombie also got announced 2 months earlier or so.

 

Not impressed with most of the casting: I like them as members, but Majisuka Prison was so disappointing 90%.

I'm hyped for Miion and Ikoma, but not so much for seeing Naanya again (wonder if Paru had improved or if she'll have a role outside her comfort zone).

And I'm not surprised at all for seeing Sakura, maybe she'll be the star?

 

Mmm, I'm surprised at those choices. I have those members down as mostly cute sweet ones, not fighty ones. I agree that Naachan would be awesome for this kinda thing. Hopefully she'll show up somewhere.

 

I was very happy with the drama but the cast :/
They only chose cute members for a yankee drama. It can actually be funny and stuff (like Mayuyu in maji 1) but all the cast ? They should have chosen some girls that are funny or can kick some asses. We'll see. I hope we'll know if other girls have been chosen for the secondary cast soon

 

Very very very dissapointed!!!! Only cute girls in this cast? Except Ikoma who are funny, the other no sorry :/ Where are Iwata Karen,Takahashi Juri,Murashige Anna,Yokoyama Yui,Tano Yuka,Shimada Haruka,Kinoshita Momoka,Matsui Jurina,Matsui Rena...... So, Paruru will be the main character maybe again ok. But happy for Ikoma,Mako,Sakura and Miion honestly i don't expect a big drama with this cast. But we'll see.

 

We still need to watch more casting, I guess.
And part of acting is getting out of the comfort zone.

but let's not be disappointed knowing more details.
I can see Ryoha or Miion as a villian for example...

The problem is that they are not actresses. For most part akb girls suck at acting let's be honest. So it will probably hard for them to step out of their comfort zone.
I'm only happy for Miion because she has experience. I hope she'll be the lead.

 

Why are we all acting like that's the cast? That's just their predictions (the newspaper that confirmed it)

How about we wait till its confirmed to worry about the cast.

 

Paru again! if they continue the story of MG3, where Ricchan/Yuria?

I hope to get cool/badass character again, such as Jurina/Annin MG3. but now, it's just a dream lol.

Everything in AKB are focusing on promote cute newbies so the cast doesn't surprise me. If they can act doesn't matter.
