^ Maybe it's your computer settings lol... I always see Miho's as black too. Mostly its the younger members that have black hair.. until they go through the process of "becoming beautiful" Credits to Team B for having the most ;] And of course the Kenkyuusei.
Actually, I've always seen pure black hair as most beautiful <.< I love it a lot more than dyed hair, or any other hair color not black. Hope Myao keeps it black!

No it's not a phase, but most girls in general (not just Japanese) at a certain age, due to social influences and such.. feel a need to become beautiful and so they buy make-up and all.. and in some cases, they dye their hair. More common among the asian, let's just put it that way
Sad thing is, sometimes it makes them look worse =/ Girls with too much makeup = blegh, it's sad when some look pretty naturally Makeup helps sometimes, but if you cake it on.... Myao is one that looks pretty naturally, so I hope she never falls to social influences. Stupid media! *shakes fist*
Yea the whole point of makeup is that people shouldn't be able to tell that you're wearing any. Myao does a pretty good job of it.
For some reason - she is the one i most look forward to seeing perform in teamA. She can sing and dance (and cute of course).
Most junior high schools in jp dont allow dyed hair (13 to 15 years old). In jp junior high is still compulsory education while high school is not. So many girls start dying their hair when they get out of junior high. Many friends of mine who dye their hair in jp say its because black hair is hot in summer and black looks heavy/brown looks lighter.
Oh, hmm, that's interesting. I knew high school was not required (because Acchan and Harunyan both dropped out), but not that it would actually affect what time (if) they dyed their hair. What do you mean by heavier/lighter though? Is there a preference?
I think it's just a style... heavier is the traditional girls usually... and lighter is usually the materialistic girls. Go to Shibuya and you'll see LOTs of materialistic haha. Ganguros are a great example. I'm sure he means heavier like... Kasai's in my avatar or MooCow's (scroll up). Another example would be Takamina. and lighter of course, like Tomochin's or Nozofisu's. I think Miho looks perfect with black hair, anyhow.
I knew about this too from a Japanese friend of mine. Myao in black hair is simply the best. I can't imagine if she has blonde hair or any other color than black. Do anyone realize that she usually smiles less even though someone talks funny things with her?
Maybe it's cause she doesn't understand why its funny? She gives like a tilt to the side cute "huh?" look usually doesn't she?
This is what I mean. But she doesn't show it too much. She looks like she doesn't know how to react in certain conditions.
I first time heard her voice is when she is singing "Renai kinshi jourei" I think she is cute... She hav a "big" eye... Wahahaha
