    Just hoping many of the other girls get to shine in this. PLENTY of variety-type girls in MNL overall. Sayaka, Lei, Shaira, Gia, Ecka, etc lol

    So far I-school ddn't impress me that much, the jokes and edited are so meh and cringy. I dont see the point of eliminating the girls and be replaced maybe because i dont know the criteria for eliminating them. The questions for me are purely opinionated so there shouldn't be a right or wrong answer. This may be just me. but i prefer like a school section. Everyone have a chance to participate. Team M Team N team L and KKS are divided into sections with 8 members representing each would be fair enough. if they only show their grading system maybe will have an idea who is deserving to be eliminated rather than eliminating them because they feel like they are not doing it correctly seems unjustly.

    Wow! They completely removed the cringy sound effects! Seems like they actually read the complaints this time around :hehe:

    Anyways, this episode was the best one so far personally, the teacher’s pretty cool too. Jem didn’t speak a single word at all the whole episode @.@ and Sela being a huge dork as always.

    I kinda translated episode 6 for those who are interested. I didn’t proof read this so excuse me for any mistakes :^^;:

    [Sayaka: Team MII | Certified Japanese | Certified Bicolana] (T/N: Sayaka is from Bicol, a region in PH, hence the term ‘Bicolana’ or a resident from Bicol.)
    [Faith: Team MII | Certified wota | Can dance well now] (T/N: ‘wota’ is a Japanese term which means a ‘Japanese Idol fan’.)

    TCA: Please welcome your new classmates.
    TCA: Okay girls, is that how you welcome people?

    TCA: Okay girls, since it’s a new week, of course, (there are) new students and a new teacher that I’ll introduce.
    TCA: As MNL48 members, you should also learn about the Japanese culture. And because of that, I traveled to Japan earlier this morning.

    TCK: In the Philippines you have ‘po’ right? (T/N: Using ‘po’ and ‘opo’ on Filipino sentences and phrases show respect and formality. You may have noticed that the MNL girls use it often when they speak.)

    (T/N: The members are reacting so much because Ash actually currently studies at one of the most prestigious and most expensive universities in the Philippines.)

    T: (T/N: Inaudible.)

    TCK: ‘Sessha’. Who uses ‘sessha’?
    TCK: ‘Sessha’ is used by samurais.
    [Sessha no namae wa (name) desu > An old Japanese word commonly used by samurais when introducing themselves.]
    TCK: It’s an old word. ‘Sessha’.
    SL: Hopefully I won’t get an egg today. (T/N: A pun for the number 0. Sela’s hopes she won’t get a 0 on today’s quiz.)
    TCK: Yeah, that’s okay. Egg... Balut? (T/N: A ‘balut’ is a Filipino food that has a developing bird embryo that is boiled and eaten from the shell.)
    TCK: Do you want Balut?
    Someone: He asked you if you wanted Balut.

    (T/N: Basically just them talking about Balut. Sela mentioning ‘egg’ as a pun got misunderstood by Teacher Kazu thus a confusing conversation about eggs in general.)

    TCK: Those who use ‘Wadasu’ or ‘Wasu’ are...
    [Wadasu/Wasu no namae wa (name) desu > commonly used by “weird” old men.]
    TCK: ‘Weird old people’.
    SL: I hate you Anne(?). She taught me that-
    TCK: But for some ‘weird old people’, they smell like eggs right?
    SL: Old egg. Wadasu/Wasu, old egg.
    TCK: Yes- No not old egg. Weird old people.

    TCK: Next is ‘atai’ or ‘wate’.

    TCK: Shiken! Exam! It’s ‘Shiken’ in Japanese.
    All: Shiken.
    Someone: Chicken?
    TCK: Not chicken! Are you hungry?
    TCK: It’s not chicken.

    TCK: Hai, Goodluck.
    SK: Oh no I’m going to fail.
    SL: I’m scared.
    TCK: Hai, thank you. Hai, here you go.

    TCK: You only have 15 minutes!
    Someone: 15???
    Staffs: 5, 5.
    TCK: I was joking! 5 minutes! Hurry hurry!

    TCK: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, end!
    TCK: Was it hard?
    All: Yes!
    SYK: Sir, why is it like that? Those you taught weren’t in the exam.
    TCK: What? My apologies, yes.

    A suggestion. I hope they add mini performances at the end of each or at least one episode a week. It could just be them dancing, singing, doing skits, covers or any kind of performance of any MNL members. Kinda like AKBingo. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy, they could just film at iSchool’s current set with the same uniforms. Idk, just something to showcase the girls’ talents once in a while.

    That would be great, anything that will somehow promote the girls and the group would be beneficiary, it would still remind viewers and people that they are an idol group that perform not some idols doing a random webshows particularly for new fans. Because right now the hype for their 1st album is long gone without even a single promotion started. Its been almost 2 months.

    EDITED: They can also do small pranks offset or random funny/bloopers videos during trainings/daily lives/behind the scene, etc .
    If they cant perform random stuffs like akbingo, a video promotion like encouraging people to still stream or check out the MV wouldnt hurt right? a little advertisement the lease

    I like that they seemed to have moved to weekly topics or theme instead of 2 days per teacher. No elimination last week but the preview showed new girls.
