because India has about 7 million covid cases and who knows what protocols does their government have, I think that's the reason but if someone's who lives in India that's a member of this forum and explain the current situation in India, that would be great

Damn. This one really hurt. I'm upset that they didn't get to release any music or at least sell some photocards. Maybe even use something like ShowRoom to get a bit of extra cash.

There's a Sasha account but it looks old and I'm not sure if she's using it now.

 

Oh, I'm very sad for their disbandment. For once for a sister group, I planned to following them very closely.
They were all interesting, funny and very pretty.

 

Sad, but I wasn't super into the group like I was with another group that also recently announced its disbandment so I'm not really hurt by this. I hope the girls find success. Maybe some get into TV.

I really wish that the "idol" style of developing talent by scouting them, training them over many years and then debuting them when they're ready crosses over to India too.

I wouldn’t mind that. They could have a similar system, but with their own original songs

 

I wonder why AKB48 haven't released an official statement yet about DEL?

 

Maybe they pause the project but they will resume it in the future with new girls.

According to this tweet, it looks like the song they're releasing is Flying Get. I seriously expected a non-48G song, but this would be cool. I don't have the instagram app and I don't want to use the web browser because you can't decline the cookies.

Anyway, this reminds of this video that was posted back in July by the Thai facebook fanclub of DEL48 with an audio and (fan-made) video of a Flying Get recording. I can't check members' instagram profiles but this makes it seem like this audio back then was legit!

Not sure if the MV will ever get to see the light of day or if they'll have to re-record it or whatever, but they did film one

well, I hope that really is the case since they're totally silent about this

I guess they don't want to let go of the possible 1 billion audience/population of India for DEL and MUB
