Congratulations Miion! She said she wants to be a Soukantoku and now it's finally going to happen. It's Yuihan's decision to announce her as the next Soukantoku and she thinks Miion fits the role.
I wish for her to be a GM who stands out of the crowd...being Soukantoku requires hard work and sometimes you just don't shine enough because you are working in putting others in front.
