Which isn't a bad sign considering the previous single had extra selling gimmicks.

 

Nice numbers, but they sold "real" HS or something like that?

 

Yeah and only 2 days of those and they’re only for Osaka. Fans have gotten tired of the online events across the board for all the groups.

Lots of members with low fanbases like 8th gen and 7th gen Misaki managed to completely sellout their real hs slots that they added additional slots to those days which also sold out.

It’s a clear sign that fans want real events back.

I like how they included the graduated members. I'm also very happy to see Misaki in her first MV ever! And she got a lot of screentime! The song is nice and Karin suit the center position very much! The MV is simple but I like it, wish every team could have one.

the Team N MV is really well done. There was the question before the single was released, whether Sakatan (and Siyeon) would be in the BII song or in their new teams, as the single and especially this MV reward were obviously based on Nambattle which had happened before their promotions; and also Mion and Haasa who had earned the reward had already graduated.

What they did is they included all of them but in a nice way. Notice that there is no Sakatan during the first verse but Mion and Haasa are there - the original 13 girls only. Then there is the scene with Sakatan coming up to Mion and Haasa - there is now all 14 members. Then at the end, Mion and Haasa leave while Sakatan remains - the 12 current Team N girls.

It seems that NMB is the only one among 48G whose sales aren't in a kind of downfall. At least, it looks like that by checking the last 3-4 singles in each group (except SKE I think).
Is it the result of this sousenkyo-like event?

 

Most probably the result of the return of in person handshake events.
the NMB48 sousenkyo was indeed not that great. Sales didn't really increase.

Oricon is reporting around 161,000 CD sold during the 1st week
Which is NMB48 23rd consecutive top ranking.
