congrats to RinRin getting that chance to appear in Bingo for 3 months !!!

Because most of them are a bit of aliens in that group. The girls from the other four teams live in Tokyo and are used to be together, while Team 8 works almost separately. When you look at them they seem like a separate group that sticks together in the middle of unknown territory. And some of them are still too young, shy and inexperienced in variety. When they're in a Team 8-only environment they look like different people, more confident, because they're not afraid of failing that much. Even Rinrin acted a bit different from her usual character.

For now, they're still getting used to it and follow what the script tells them to do. Even OdaEri is doing that.

The problem with Rinrin is that she isn't getting younger, and you have other examples of girls that are popular but due to their age management keeps "forgetting" them, like Tomu and Mahohon. Mariko was from another Age.

Rinrin won the damned thing and will be showing up in AKBINGO! for the next few months, unless they have other priorities. Which is kinda convenient, because she's popular, she's an adult (at least for our standards) and she lives near Tokyo.

Well, the episode is out for hours now, so...

 

@Aka Yes I know about Rinrin's age, but she looks young and cute/fresh, and she's still new, she sells well in HS, etc. If we see in AKB's early days or Nogi, there are a lot of the older members who got attention (those who are 18+ or 20), and with some members graduating at 25+ now I don't think being 20 is too old to have a push and to be a front member (speaking of team 8) as long as management favors the girl and that she's new. I think Rinrin has what it takes to be a top member and if her push starts in AKBINGO! then I'm glad, but I want to see her in AKB's singles (b-side). well, I know that she might not get the push. but I still have hopes because she's doing really well. I want to support her

They're now too scared of girls of her age in Team 8 because they're all graduating. That's why they're picking lolis now.

The problem with Team 8's front row is that they have Nagi, Yokoyui, Hijiri, Nanamin, Tsucchan, Rinrin, Hiichan, Yuiyui, Odaeri, Shiori, Kurenyan, Serika, Yamada, Ikumin, Naru and I'm not even considering girls like Mei. And three or four of those spots are already taken.

It's not an easy job.

i believe if management want to push rinrin that's not for center/frontline spot but as team 8 keeper's..
they can't let t8 babies stand alone without their mama
