Okamoto was absent from the afternoon section of the online meet-and-greets today because she felt unwell after drinking raw pancake mix.

...Yes, that actually happened. The pancake mix isn’t mentioned in the official announcement about her absence, but you can see it in some of the Twitter comments under it. From what I can gather, she said during today's meet-and-greet camera broadcast that she made takoyaki yesterday with Aruno and other members, and they had leftover batter, so she straight up drank it. During the afternoon, Teresa said she was “foolish,” and Teresa and Aruno jokingly warned viewers, “It’s bad to eat raw pancake mix!” It shouldn’t be too serious, but hope she gets better soon.

 

Not sure if it can be posted here because it is technically paid content, but I've seen at least two 'fixed camera' clips about this incident on YT. Those who want a laugh should check em out; there should be one result with English captions too.
She did mention that she was feeling better on a blog post the following day, so chances are she's shaken it off by now. You can't deny she's really 'nuts' though.
By the way she's on today's (3/10) showroom as well. I say good job by Aruno choosing multiplication table as her assignment knowing it will make for another funny episode. From those fixed camera clips that I've seen it seems that Hina has only got parts of the multiplication table memorized, from those she will add or subtract accordingly. For instance she was asked 7x6 which she didn't know, however she knew 7x7 so she started from 49 and then manually subtracted 7 to get 42.

I really enjoyed her SR. Hina is really funny and I would love to see her with Yumiki. They both have the same baka chara. I hope her meguri improves after this.

Curious thought but is there any possibility this is related to the pancake mix incident? It was funny for a minute but that stuff raw can have some serious consequences. Of course it could just be something completely unrelated.

 

Not sure about pancake mix. “Poor health” can also be attributed to stress. I know it must be stressful for her and other members with low miguri numbers. It’s a shame because Hina is rather cheerful and funny.
