In the early stage of the new team K...i kind of agree miichan wasn't so suited to be in team k...but as days goes along...when you see miichan missing from their theatre performance...i feel something was not right...in fact anyone missing from the performance would be imperfection for me...the new team k might not rank highly as the old one yet but is moving in the right direction...no changes yet please...
seriously though. the opening question was very broad so really - any answer will work. plus, not all those pages were discussing about why Miichan shouldn't be captain because of Team K's style (only some of it were). most of it were just debate about Miichan's ability.

Oshima for sure ,Why an ace can't be captain? Oshima have a really strong personality,funny,pervet,she can be friend with anyone which its a extra point... she have everything to be a charismatic leader....
Sayaka is a perfect captain It's marvelous captain for team K. IF Sayaka graduated, I think captain would be Miichan
I personally feel that a captain doesn't have to be the most popular, but rather one that can support the team as a whole as well as the "ace", which is why I thought the captains first chosen were most fit. Takamina supported Acchan, Sayaka + Sae supported Yuko, and Yukirin supported Mayuyu. I personally think the new captains is just to prevent Mariko + Yuko from graduating Umechan as a chance/push? Actually I'm not sure about why they chose Umechan, though I'm not opposed or against the decision
^ I dont really agree with that making them captain just to prevent them from graduating... If u look at the both the new Team A and Team K, there is a lot of young and new members, so I'm not really surprised with Mariko and Yuko being appointed Captain of their team, with Takamina already made general leader and Sayaka stepped down from her post

K's "style," as in cool and serious, is it's theme. I don't think the theme should change, and I don't think Miichan would try to change it. You seem to want Miichan to change the Team into one that matches her own pace. More fun, energetic, maybe a bit less serious. But Team K's original theme was meant to be and still is, that cool and serious image. Miichan herself loves Team K very much as is, as she has said so herself. I don't think she would try to change anything. Besides, it's obvious Miichan thinks Sayaka is the only woman that could ever truly be Team K's captain, so I think if she were to be named captain, she would be constantly nervous and unconfident. Anyways, I personally think that Team K's stye should stay the same forever. It's what makes them unique among the teams. B is cutesy, A's theme is supposed to be "freedom," and then there's K being all badass. I'm not sure if it ever changed in the past but as far as I know it's always been constant.
^ ^ according to the word "Badass" I think Yuko matched with that characteristic lol and also she has strong charisma and leadership figure
Since Sayaka is still there, I'd say Sayaka. But, I still think Haruu should be a captain of SOMETHING.
