Request for a General 48 subsection or forum

Many times things like senbatsu and Kennin are over all topics and don't fit into any one team or group. I think its time we had a General 48 section were it makes sense to compare or talk about Any and all 48 groups as they relate to each other.
Example topics:

1) Who got moved and was it a good idea?

2) Where should a new XXX48 be created?

3) Which group do you think is growing the fastest?

4) Whats the differences in each group?

5) Rank the groups in your favorite order.

Topics like these are arbitrarily being place in one group forum or another or never being made so people are not seeing them.
