One day we should open a portuguese fan club.

 

Most likely the ones I know belong to that small community you mentioned (a brazilian+portuguese one?). It's very difficult to imagine two different AKB mini-communities from this country. Other than there, I know Open (who already posted in this thread) quite well, plus two common friends I have with him :3

Maybe if there are enough of us we could plan a meeting someday, I'd love that

 

Not a brazilian+portuguese one. Since I'm a fanatic Benfica supporter, I was registered in a community for Benfiquistas. It's a huge forum. In one of the offtopic subcategories they have an Asian Idols thread which is 99,9% about AKB48 and sister groups.

That's where I learned about the group and became fan. Despite only 4/5 members post regularly the thread is always alive. One of the users posts everything that happens daily in AKB's world, all the translated posts in the girls social networks, all the photos, all the GIFs, all the shows. He does a great job wrapping up everything.
