Hopes They continue to push fukujin members as they would in Nogi, gives the members something to work towards. Fukujin members change depending on popularity and management choice. No fixed center's or permanent members in fukujin unless they're like Maiyan/Asuka level lol Under members continue to receive good songs and promotions so that they don't feel inferior and grad. They continue to push a handful of 1st gen members, the members in senbatsu are a good choice. They also push a handful of 2nd gen members so that we don't end up with a akb situation. They miraculously make it into Kouhaku, just so they can show the nation who they are properly. The promotion they receive rivals the promotion they were getting in 2017 or Hinata's first year of debut. Model contracts for Koike and Akanen, and for 2ki (Runrun, Hono, Seki, Ten, Rena, Rei) Fears Graduations and scandals. Management continue to be incompetent. Seeing Yuuka apologize for something that isn't her fault again. Prediction Regardless of what happens, I'll continue to support the group and members in the future.
Hopes Consistent promotions (either three singles next year or two singles and an album). Modeling contracts for 2ki, specifically Hono, Yumiko and Ten. Hono center in the future. Hikaru not centering every B-side. saku_satsu! Good sales. No or at least a couple of graduations next year. Fears Sales are not good, lower than Hinata's. The mainstream public not caring after Hirate is gone. 1ki graduating en masse. More love scandals. Prediction No Kohaku this year.
Hopes That management have learned from their many, many mistakes. That people can view this as a clean slate. That people who maybe didn't like Keyakizaka give this new iteration a chance. That the group is a LOT more democratic instead of being built entirely around one person. That nobody gets permanently stuck in the back row. Good songs. Good sales for the first single and decent promotion for it. No scandals, drama etc. Fears The opposite of all of the above. Further 1st gen graduations, there are so few of them left. Predictions The single will sell like hotcakes. Management will not have entirely learned from their mistakes. At least 2 more 1st gens will graduate in the next 6 months. including Pe. Which will start a domino effect with those who are left.

my biggest hope is that they can capture the general public’s interest again and become a mainstream act again. be as influential as they were when they were keyaki. at least one hit song (or two ha). Sugai to postpone her graduation for at least 2-3 years more

(Lately I've realized that the second generation are getting a major push and a lot of attention.) Hardly seeing where this new formation system will truly be effective.
