I've missed a lot here, but it would be good to know if she spent her last year contented. Like you said, she had to accept a new role in the group, one where she won't need or she is not needed to stand up in the front.

 

Awwww my fav eito is gonna leave. That's rather unfortunate. I had a feeling tho for awhile she was gonna announce her grad, so it somehow doesn't surprise me, but it's still sad.

 

Actually, this one is and isn't surprising at the same time. Everyone was expecting her graduation last year. She went on hiatus and it all of her actions indicated that she was giving up. But then she returned rounder and cried and she kept going. It was like she gave herself a second chance. Lately, things were getting better for her, she had a lot of jobs, people were talking about her revival... and she announced her graduation. I mean, now. Oh well, whatever.

I am currently in Kitakami, Iwate and for a moment I forgot that it was Nanamin's home prefecture. But then we went to a random ramen shop for lunch and there they had like a shrine with tons of photos and merchandise of her. Her pictures (including some with signature) were also on every single wall. My Japanese co-worker doesn't know her, so I didn't tell him that I did, but for a moment I wanted to get one of the "WE LOVE SATO NANAMI" pins they had there.
