A new Q&A video has arrived. Some interesting notes:
She plans on keeping her hair short for now
Wants a kid and started to be more attentive to the economic situation etc
Doesn't listen to current music that much, prefers something a bit older
Recently took a liking to Kygo, Selena Gomez - It ain't me
Recently watched 50 Shades of Gray, recommends it

And now the best part. When asked if she has met any Saku/Keya members recently.
From time to time Shida contacts Katakana Keyaki's Tsuchida to have a dinner together. I presume they have met more than once, the most recent one being with Tsuchida and Yone. It feels great to know that they keep in touch like that. Really shows that Tsucchi cares about them even after graduation and it's not all business, I guess.

- Shida's male friends prefer short haircuts, female friends like long better
- The person herself likes it short, because it's easier to live with
- Recently she went to a batting centre for the first time. As expected, didn't manage to hit anything
- She also went to a purikura for the first time in a while, says it felt nostalgic
- Bought the latest Pokemon game for Switch, haven't opened it yet, but plans on doing a stream
- Got a lot of Starbucks gift tickets in LINE, as expected plans on using them for their intended purpose
- This year the first birthday congratulation came from ex-Keyaki member group LINE chat. It was from... Tsuchida
- Wants to find a hobby. She took a liking to poker, but wants to find an outdoor-type hobby
- Isn't married
- Wants to do glamping (had to google this one, "glamorous" and "camping")
- Likes riding a motorcycle as a passenger, thinks it's impossible to learn how to ride it herself. Tried riding it once, it was to heavy and she dropped it

It describes itself as 'An adult space that pursues comfort' and the recruiting page is inviting applications for 'floor ladies'. Not surprisingly, reactions from her followers are rather mixed but there are some who are supportive and say they would like to meet her there. (Myself, I'm just very surprised to see my all-time oshi in the whole of 46G go down this road.)

 

I always took mona as the type of girl to want to try out many different things, even if those things were different or controversial. I hope she thought about this career path wisely (and hey, it might not even be a career move but more just a place to tide her over while she figures out what else she wants to do), and I also hope NEXT is a decent enough place that looks after their workers. Hopefully her visitors and fans are respectful of her boundaries and rules. Good luck Mona

 

Whoa, she was the "Free spirit" of Keyaki, but I'm not sure with this choice of hers. I just hope people don't take advantage of her, in so many ways.

I guess that "boyfriend" that basically caused her to leave Keya is no more?

 

Well, awhile back (two years ago maybe?) in a stream or something she said she didn’t have a boyfriend, so he is indeed gone.

Unless she is just keeping romance on the down low (secret) as though she were still an idol, of course.
