Boy I sure hope to watch this. Sounds interesting.
A hotpants-wearing Paruru is all you had to say.
Seriously though she has covered up for so many years now cant recall the last time she wore something risky.

 

the manga has full of nudity and sex scenes. Wonder what role she plays.

 

I was just about to say that. The manga is very ero, has tons of nudity and sex in it. Wonder how much they are going to nerf the drama form. The character she plays is essentially the main character, she will be the 3rd wife who initially joins this polygamous relationship to get out of debt. The manga follows all the girls but Paru's character is definitely the focus. Without spoiling to much, this character initially is disgusted by the openness and freedom involving sexual relationships between the wives but she eventually starts to accept it and truly like being part of the unorthodox family. There's some comedy but I wouldn't call it a Rom-com, its definitely more ero-dramatic in nature. Wonder if they completely rewrote the plot cause I would be shocked that Ru would sign on to something this erotic

 

I always wondering..why whenever an actor/actress try to break out of shell, they will go to nudity/sex route. Same goes to singer. Wearing skimpy outfit, while singing something about sex etc.

It's a weekly 'gourmet drama' with six episodes starting on 12/3. In each one a different character will visit a different udon restaurant in Tokyo. In one of the episodes Paruru will play a character called Nakanishi Chika.

It's described as "A story of love, career, sex, and friendship of 29-year-old single women who survive in modern Tokyo." It looks like Paruru's role is not one of the main ones but she does appear briefly in the trailer.

Ah, the most typical replies for any Japanese actress that show even a bit of skinship on screen .
8 Years of gravure for Yanagi Yurina and heck, Asakawa Nana been said "Next Step: JAV" since she started Gravy back in 2014, graduated from SUPER GIRLS 5 years ago. 12 Drama since that, no JAV sighted, probably never will. But I know how the mind of horny teens works.

and it's remind me on the irony of the cast and their characters. In the Manga, The No.1 Wife (Date Madoka)are supposedly the youngest same age with the protagonist (Maezono Koharu), around 21-22 during the start of the story, while the 2nd Wife (Date Yuzu) are supposedly 26.
The cast age are totally reverse of their character age since Yurina Yanagi (Date Madoka) and Paru (Maezono/Date Koharu) are both 27 and Asakawa Nana (Date Yuzu) are the youngest (22)
