Looking back on this past year, the thing that left a big impression on me would be the first stage production I was able to participate in. Until now, I hadn’t really been thinking “I want to appear in a play,” but it was really fun! Even with just doing the line reading with everyone, I got so excited.

But, because it was so different from my usual theater performances, I became scared of singing or dancing in front of people I don’t know. Even so, I kept practicing and just thinking about my practice let me do everything with a smile. There were responses from the audience every time telling me “Why were you smiling at that part?”

At the end of the year, we had our shuffle and I had actually heard from (Yoshikawa) Nanase and Oda (Erina) that they thought it would happen. I remember telling them “Yeah, it seems like it will probably be the case (lol). In Team 8, we have a lot of people in the variety role, but in Team B the top two for variety would be Oya (Shizuka)-san and (Nakanishi) Chiyori-san, so I began to wonder if there was anything I could even do. But Chiyori-san was also in the “Minerva yo, Kaze wo Okose” theater performance and had told me “We should be friends,” so I’ll do my best to learn from my senpais MCs.

yes. I thought at first it was some public place and the sound was from the other cubicle or something lol, but it was the toilet in her hotel room (she said the room was too dark and the toilet on the other hand had a nice lighting)
