Hmm ... I am not sure I would call Sayurin "really natural" ... in my Nogizaka ranking, I give her the title of "Burikko Princess" ... I sort of see her as Kojiharu's successor in that department. ... though their images are not exactly the same type.

However, I do agree that she does have a natural & genuine side to her as well. Like the times you mentioned where she teared up. And her laughters always seem genuine showing that she really enjoys being on the show.

But mainly the reason why I don't see her being center is due to her image. I think centers always have this balanced image to them where they are flexible to front different types of songs. And Sayurin's image is quite extreme towards a specific style (too much cuteness maybe?) ... I can't see her front a cool song like UZA for example. Yeah, to me image is probably the most important factor when it comes to being center. Hence why as Watanabe Mayu is being pushed as AKB's new center, she had to lose her twin tail loli image and adopt a more "balanced" image.

You're right about the image thingie, I do have a hard time seeing Sayurin acting cool.
In that sense, she will have a hard time being perma-centre. Ideally however, I prefer rotating centres between different members, so in such case there will be no reason why she should not centre a single that fit her image. Speaking of which, I don't think the three Nogizaka singles published so far is unfit for her too! I certainly do look forward to Nogizaka publishing a single with a different or cool style thou.

Certainly the way management have been handling scandals have been often less than satisfactory. However, just because there were some scandals or a few well published ones, that doesn't mean every single idols should be assumed to have hidden scandals too. That's reverse onus, putting the the onus of proof on the accused to prove that they are innocent. I hope you can understand how screwed up our legal system would be if reverse onus is applied on every cases, & putting such on idols is no less faulty. There is no statistics that say there's a high rate of scandals among idols in comparison to say petty crimes in general too.

Like the above scandal case, it is a possibility, but not high imo. There have been no evidences to prove that Kana exhibit such problems, & hence no reason to assume such. Without any reasonable ground to suspect such problems, this is no more than guesses. One shouldn't just randomly make an accusation against her, & expect her to prove she is innocent of any wrongs. I believe my thesis (of management making unsatisfactory decisions being the case) is very well supported based upon the trend & patterns that Nogizaka management exhibited through three senbatsus.

The single has 5 types all the same except 1 additional anime type which Idg since all the magi fans dislike yubi bouenkyou... & Idk if any ngzk fans even watch the anime

the anime edition gives you a pocket calendar and a HS ticket though
