Just in case you don't know, they're going to show a performance (probably a short ver.) for 「Seifuku no Mannequin」 tomorrow on Nogidoko.

they recorded with the unders as backdancers, as expected (minus Yukkiina, since she's focusing on her entrance examination studies for now), and apparently Nenekoro did her backward somersault during the intro.

She said on her blog she received an opportunity to show something, so maybe that's true.

Hmm putting her as an under and making her do a backflip after she injured her toe... ok......

 

Sweetness! Next episode is a must watch then. Can't wait. [rock]

 

I've seen 制服のメネキン, it's a good song with good dance.

Nogizaka46 is performing on Happy Music Live 2012 at Yokohama Arena today.

Here's the setlist(i dont remember the detail, so sorry if i got it wrong)

I like the dance & the song. Many people on twitter say they like the costume but I find it so generic ... I wish it's a bit more unique. Anyway, the performance is awesome. Looking forward to MORE of them!! [rock]

 

It's a nice song. I agree the uniforms were kinda generic thou, could have gone more unique.
About the dance thou, I am really happy their choreography increased in intensity & complexity, & is slightly more mainstream now, but some of the dance move looks kinda awkward to me.
Especially with the way they move their legs. Is it just me thinking this thou?

EDIT: After watching the performance again ... I like the song even more now!! There were a few people (on twitter) saying they didn't like the chorus part ... PSH~ I like it. I think it's GREAT.

The song is really good, I like it. The dance beat makes it a lot different from their previous A-sides. [clap]

The choreography is... interesting. I hope it makes more sense in the context of the video. It looks very energetic so I wonder if that will effect how the song is performed live? Like, will it always be near the beginning of a set when the girls still have lots of energy, or will it be near the end when they can give one last burst? Either way, I'm sure it'll always be a highlight.

and then just listen to the song
but this time it's different
it's make me keep looking over and over again
the video and the choreography and of course the song

That was AMAZING. It reminds me of AKB's old style (Seifuku/Keibetsu) that made me fall in love with them.

And that short haired girl at the front... is that Ikoma Rina? She's GORGEOUS!!!

I can understand why some people hate the chorus because its kind of disheveled..

i don't find anything weird about the song/choreography..maybe what people call "awkward" is something that i call "unique"..

Good song, although i still can't figure the relation between seifuku and mannequins, now all that's necessary is that the song has a kick ass pv [rock] .
Though still not too thrilled about Ikoma and Minami being at the center, when are they going to change it to Erika being the center of Nogizaka46 and the groups #1 and #2 being right next to her?

 

I agree with yic to the extent that Ikomachan's boyish look makes her not a bad choice of center for a cool song like this however, her high pitched voice doesn't suit it at all (and I'm saying this as someone who enjoyed her solo). Felt the song would have really reached its full potential had it been lead by the elder popular girls with more mature voices. A Maiyan/Ikuchan/Kazumin lead would have been perfect or even replace Kazumin with Nanamin (though it'd be criminal to take her away from Sayuringo). I personally would have taken Hoshimina and Ashurin out of senbatsu altogether and replaced them with girls like MisaMisa, Mikumo, and/or Rotti
