    rather than in the "Other 48", I think it's best to make a thread in the Idol Emporium since you said that Zest stated to treat it as a separate group

    I wasn't following SKE48 so I try to find the source of this, and I found this post: http://stage48.net/forum/index.php?...-mini-kamifure-2021-06-16.23561/#post-1716319 However, the linked press release no longer contains the red text mentioned.

    So I am not sure about this.

    As long as the members remain part of SKE48 then IMO it should be classed as a subunit even if the SKE48 name is never used by the group.

    I guess that reasoning is kinda valid .... and I'm not going to mention the No3b situation :) ....
    No3b still has officially not disbanded ... but none of the members are current AKB members so technically maybe they should be moved to Idol Emporium?
    To make it clear .... I would oppose that move ... but it illustrates the sometimes complex relationships between sub units and the AKB group (the relationship of AKB, SKE, HKT is getting complicated enough as it is already as all sub groups are acting almost independently nowadays)
    You can't really even talk about an AKB group as it is right now imho

    I'd say that for any related acts that begun its journey while its members are still active members of 48 group, their related threads should be in the other48 forum.

    For example, the "&" group that Nojima Kano became a part of after she announced her graduation, I think it'd be more fitting for that thread to be in the idol emporium subforum. While a group like Kamifure, it'd be more fitting to be in the other48 subforum.

    Ok so, um, there's this thread in the BNK48 News & Releases area titled "LAST IDOL THAILAND"

    Question: what's that got to do with BNK? shouldn't that be moved to the Idol Emporium?

    Similar to Last Idol, it is a show (and ultimately group) produced by Akimoto Yasushi. As Last Idol is in Idol Emporium, I agree.

    and I should ask what to do about the 6 promoted members of MNL48, they're not assigned to teams yet but they're considered as official members, should I add their threads to the Trainee section for the time being?
