I'm absolutely elated at those numbers, this really is going to put STU on the radar, what a happy day.

Let's top that number for the third single!

 

This number is well deserved tho. The main title and all-STU song alone are really good.

With this number, I'm somehow convinced that some 46 fans also got hooked to STU, that article didn't lie, I guess.

Yesterday I received my copies of the new single from Amazon and this evening I've been playing through all the contents. I don't think this has been mentioned before (my apologies if it has) but I've found that each type has a slightly different version of the MV of 'Kaze wo Matsu'. The one on Type A is labelled as 'Take 9' while Types B,C,D have Takes 4,5,6 respectively. Having played each one only once it's difficult to spot and remember every difference but one thing I have noticed is that at the 2:15-2:20 part of the MV when the girls are on a level area between flights of steps, they lie down in Takes 4 & 5 but stand up in Takes 6 & 9. Otherwise the only other things which stand out for me for now is that Naanchan only stumbles over in Take 9, and in Take 6 at the 1:20 point when the girls are on a sort of veranda, two ginger cats run across behind them. When I've got some more time in the next few days maybe I'll try and find some more variations!

 

The different takes were indeed mentionned there:

The change in the choreo was a consequences of the rain. The paved street became slippery and it was impratical to ask the girls to lie down on the wet platform.
You can also see that Yumirin doesn't jump anymore while going down the 1st street in the beginning.
