Are you asking if episode 31 of keyakakke has been subbed? Not yet, but someone machine/google(?) translated it from Indonesian subs. I think it's somewhere here in this thread not sure what page though but someone has hardsubbed videos of it in dailymotion.

Zankoku na Yakushatachi (releasing through ukn48) are the only ones subbing this afaik

Ohhh by the way, where do you guys download your Keyakitte Episodes with a size file budget, a minimum of 360p/480p quality = 100mb-200mb file size?

 

suki48.web.id, you'll get 720p in ~200mb size, provided that your pc/laptop can handle x265 video playback.

 

I have been using jDownloader 2 and download Keyakitte episodes from Brownie Thermodynamic 02 YouTube channel. Take your pick 1080P, 720P, 480P or 360P. No need to click verifying and those annoying popups before you can download the video.
