Don't know if this has been done before (or if it's in the right forum for that matter), but this idea seems fun when I thought of it Basically what you need to do: Person A states something that belongs in the 48/46g fandom Person B replies with his/her opinion regarding the matter Person B states another thing that belongs in the 48/46g fandom Person C repeats what Person A does in his/her reply And so on and so on So for example, I say Sato Sumire, then the person below me would reply with something like: And now for the rules~ Must be related with the 48/46g fandom. This can either be a member (Kojiharu, Milky), a graduate (Acchan, Kasai), a song (Heavy Rotation, First Rabbit), a stage (N3rd, K6th), an event (2nd Janken Tai, Otona48), a pairing (TanoTomu, YuiParu), a show/documentary (The Show Must Go On, AKBingo!) a sub-unit (no3b, French Kiss), a group (SKE48, Nogi46), a team (Team J, Team E) or a concept (DD, oshihen) One topic per reply. "Takamina" is okay. "Takamina, No Flower Without Rain, and AtsuMina" is not. The same topic can be repeated, since different people will have different opinions on it, right? Please don't post one-liners. It's not fun reading "I don't know" when you expect some more substance of what people think of your topic. Related to above, try to post at least three sentences for a topic reply. Use spoilers when you want to respond to a reply, but otherwise you're not replying to a topic or posting a topic. This is so the flow of the game will run smoothly without distractions. That's all the rules I can think about lol. Will add more if something springs up. So, first topic: Nishino Miki
Ooh, sounds fun! Nishino Miki: From seeing the recent episodes of AKBingo, the girl's starting to get a mouth on her in terms of talking back. Will eternally be known to me as a scaredy cat. Will probably get a decent rank in the sosenkyou this year. And my offering: Takayama Kazumi
Takayama Kazumi: I don't know much about her but that she has such a interesting voice. When I hear her talk about anything I just smile. Kazumi strikes me as the cool girl of nogi lol Furuhata Nao
Takayama Kazumi: Don't really follow Nogizaka but I think Kazumin stands out the most. She's cute (especially with short hair) and from watching a few videos she appears to be quite a good dancer. Also, when people say she's a good singer they aren't wrong. Especially with Shibuya Blues. I choose: Kikuchi Ayaka
Nao is a total cutie with a good voice. Her sax playing was awesome in AKBSHOW, she's clearly talented. I'm glad she was chosen for a kennin position with AKB, otherwise I might not have noticed her as much. I'll abstain from answering Kikuchi and let someone else do that since the replies got out of order (already...)
Kikuchi Ayaka: I don't know much about her, but I can say that she has a good personality and looks too mature for her age. Beautiful though. I also like her voice, a bit husky, I guess? But a really good singer. And I also like her character in Majisuka as Comeback. I choose Takahashi Minami.
I love how she's so expressive about everything - she laughs out loud at jokes, cries shamelessly when her friends graduate, and her shouts to pump up the audience at concerts are so lively. I'll forever see her as fail Minami though lol (is she still telling useless jokes?) There's just this thing about her smile.. it's like she's so pressured when she smiles; it looks so awkward. And as much as I sincerely believe that she's a great leader/senpai, I hope management/everyone and their mother would stop making a big deal of her soukantoku position. It's great and all, but the title just distract people from seeing Takamina as Takamina (if you understand what I'm talking about..) Next: Abe Maria
I struggled to like Abe Maria for a long time, I just saw her as a rather vain narcissistic pretty girl. But when I started seeing her in Team K MCs I realized she has a funny, rather baka character plus she seems to care about her team-mates an awful lot which is a real positive in my book. Her ambition is to be a model and honestly I'm not sure if she's good looking enough for that but she seems pretty determined and being in AKB could help her out in that regard. Next: Kizaki Yuria
Kizaki Yuria: I haven't really followed SKE48, so the first time she really caught my eye was during her performance of Dear J at the 3rd Kouhaku. Somehow I never liked this song before, but after hearing her cover I kept listening to it over and over. It might be 'blasphemy' to some people, but I enjoyed watching her performance much more than Tomochin's. Other than that, I think I saw her in a video which was part of the Samsung Galaxy campaign, but other than the mentioned performance, there hasn't been anything that made me really like her or pay attention to her yet. She comes across as one of those 10th/11th gen. AKB48 member types that seems a little stiff and doesn't really show her personality, but like I said, I haven't really been paying attention to her so I might be wrong. (Geez, this turned out longer than expected.) Next: Nageki no Figure (to throw in a song for a change ^^) Ps: I think there is a sub-forum for this type of games in 'the STAGE48 Lobby' forum, it's a shame it's kind of hidden and often gets overlooked though. Edit: I actually realised this might not really be a game, but more af a discussion thread anyway.
^I heard this song for the first time right now, thanks to you ^.^ It's really a nice song.... though I may say that because I have a soft spot for songs with an electro beat Hmmm.... Ikiru koto.
Ikiru Koto is one of the best B-sides AKB has come out with, ever. It's such an instrumental-based song that it isn't even suitable for stage performances (and thus hasn't even been performed on stage yet). That's unusual already. The lyrics are quite good, too, in that they ask big questions about life - when 48 lyrics tend to focus on smaller stuff like specifically relationships and whatnot. But the PV is what really makes the deal, it's absolutely stunningly directed and acted by the girls. You can see the futility and the confusion in life the song talks about in the dark color palette, the professions of the girls (cabaret dancer, escort, prostitute - women who have lost their way in life), the sudden bursts of energy, unexpected things you can't quite figure out. It's just a great song/video and it's too bad it didn't rank in RH. Another song, Tsuyoi hana.
Tsuyoi Hana is unique song i think. it's like story about the girl who sell her flower, lol. it's nice listening for me, with different genre, West FolkTale-ish. i like it and i wish AkiP will make this PV with three musketeers centers Next: Idol no Yoake (the song, not the stage)
Idol no Yoake: It's a song from B4 in which the members appear as a band, for example you can see yukirin playing the trombone or nito playing the flute. It's the typical song that would be played in an amusement park. It's a very happy song and the outfits are very colorful and cute. Next is Nakamata Shiori
^Actually she graduated last year. I really liked her but focusing on her career was probably a good move. I've seen her book at a couple stores before, which I think is really cool. I don't follow Nogizaka a lot but I think Wakatsuki Yumi is gorgeous. Also I really like her speaking voice, it's lower than most idols. I haven't heard an example of her singing but I'd like to if someone has a clip! Next is Yuuhi wo Miteiru ka?
^ A nice song, but I was disappointed how it was over performed during the TD'12 concerts + 5 Dome Tour Concerts Next is the SayaMilky duo
I love NMB as a group, and I love the Saya part of the SayaMilky duo, but I can't help but think that a SayaNana duo would be even better. Somehow I can't get myself to like Milky... Well, NMB is an awesome group as it is, so it's all good. Tsundere...
Tsundere: Hmm... It's one of those songs I'll never get bored of (I think), but it's not like one of my favourites that I would want to listen to daily either. It has a good melody that can easily get stuck in your head, but not in that annoying kind of way. I like how during the verses it seems silly and fun, but during the chorus it gets a hint of seriousness as the girls take of their 'masks' and talk about their true feelings. Next: JKT48
JKT48 is the only group that sings in English occasionally~ I like everything about some of them. I truly think they're one of the better international groups~ Next: Kashiwagi Yuki
