The 15th generation of SNH48 has been revealed. Their 15th gen contains 6 members which are Lin JiaYi, Wu BoHan, Yu JiaWei, Zhang RanRan, Zhang ShiYun, Zhang YueMing. Unlike alot of the previous SNH generations these 6 trainees were debuted as trainees bound to certain team. The teams were the trainees were introduced themselves with are teams they are bound to.
Lin JiaYi, Wu BoHan, and Yu JiaWei were revealed and introduced to at Team X's April 3rd stage performance:

The SNH48Group will hold their 3rd Sports day Festival on May 1st. There will be a total of 64 members from SNH (Each team gets 16 reps), 16 from GNZ, and CKG & BEJ will form a team of 16. Some of the events in this year’s Sport Event include Archery, Tug of War. Dodgeball, Relay Race, and Gymnastics.

There is an ongoing scandal in SNH48.
Deng XinYue (supposedly born in 2005) is being accused of:
1. Clubbing and talking behind the back of another member.
2. Had plastic surgery to look like Ju Jingyi and manipulated search results.
3. Lying about her age.

 

BonBon Girls 303/YTSN ,aka last year chuang group with SNH Team NII/7senses member Zhao Yue, have released their first single of their new EP Amazing Girl. The new single is called Slay and Play. Here’s them performing their new song at this Chuang Finale:

Former 1st gen member Qiu XinYi( WanWan) said in a livestream she will participate in Chuang 2022. Note she is no longer under SB, she ended her contract with them when the remaining 1st gens all graduated back in October.

 

I've just randomly found a news item published in the last few hours by ETtoday in China with the very worrying news that member Liu LiQian has been diagnosed with a serious form of cancer called Myxoid/round cell liposarcoma. The news came just a few days after her mother had been diagnosed with breast cancer so the family must be going through unimaginable agony right now. (Following the news about her mother she didn't want to receive treatment herself until her teammates persuaded her to.)

The article says that fans became worried about her during a livestream on 5/6 when apparently blood appeared from her mouth. The article includes a still from that video with a small amount of blood so I'll put the link in the spoiler:
