Yoda Yuuki (Yodachan) / 3rd Gen

I mentioned last week that there were birthday celebrations for Yoda at the HS event I attended and as I was leaving there was a staff member handing out a folded A4-sized card to commemorate the occasion. Now I'm back home I've scanned the card, hope it's of interest:

 

Yoda Yuki will be the cover girl of Japanese magazine FLASH Special Gravure BEST (2019 Early Summer Issue), the magazine will come with a clear folder (Yoda Yuki), it will be released on 24 May 2019.

 

Her saying "So cute.. If only I can be born again with that kind of face." to Momoko in Heikousen was kind of sad. It sounds too real. Come on Yoda, lots of people would want to have her face too.

Nogizaka46 appeared in Nippon TV morning show "SHUICHI" to promote their upcoming documentary movie "Documentary of Nogizaka46 II" on 30 June 2019, the young idols are asked to share the stuff they do not like, and Yoda Yuki (19) said what annoys her is her current height - 152 cm.

Agreed. except I’ve yet to run into a Yoda oshi here.

 

I've watched it and subtitles wouldn't really make much of a difference to be honest. They go to her home town of Shikanoshima, a small 1600 people island with no convenience stores. She says she hasn't climbed a tree since going to Tokyo. Then it goes to the usual "people being shocked she has a pet goat" thing. Then it goes to the usual "people being shocked of how big HS are". There they find some Taiwanese guy who can barely speak Japanese and goes frequently to Japan just to see Yoda. He tried to ask her how is Gonzo doing 3 times, but fails. They say that her height is cute and it's cute that she is so small. They show that she can also transform into a model in that photoshoot. They then go the place she worked part-time. There the manager says she was a/an "obedient/quiet" kid. They then show pictures of her past (they joke that she had quite dark complex in the past) and then show her journey in Nogizaka.
