I dunno why you're so dead set on denying shit that is clearly happening in front of you. No, they're not laughing or having any other reaction, just Naru. I don't think anyone serious here can deny that that happened.
I don't know know if they have anything against Yoko because of what happened or not, most of it it's just a joke but, for some reason, it only bothers you when it's someone you like.
What I do know is that it's not the first time you try to deny that things can happen behind the stage. Yes, @wlerin, girls get into fights, girls don't like some of the other members, some of them have promiscuous relationships with the management. They're a huge group of people like you, me and everyone else.
You would probably deny that Moka and Naru had an early confrontation for the top of Kyushu, that Nagi and Tsumugi had many fights, that Hattori and Pyon had a fight and that Hattori cried on television making Pyon look like the bad guy.
What's left for us fans is to guess what is going on from their actions. I'm going to give you one example: a few years ago Hayasakaguchi was doing really great, they were really close during the shooting of Bunbun Eito. Then one day, in one episode I saw that things were a bit off, especially from Tsumugi's side. Even earlier than that, remember when they had those gimmicks in handshake events where they would perform in small groups on a small stage? I noticed that something strange was going on between them. And guess what: it was never the same between them again.
So yes, not everything is fireworks and bubble gum. After Yoshino's scandal they completely ignored her existence. Is the same happening now? Probably not, maybe so, who knows? But it's also a bit naïve to believe that nothing changed at all for everyone of them.

 

I don't believe it's all "fireworks and bubble gum", and I'm sure plenty has changed. But in this particular case I think you're imagining things. There's a lot else going on, some members muted, others far from their mic or frozen, two thirds not on screen so we can't see physical reactions. All there is is Naru's loud almost forced off-camera laugh, which you're reading too much into.
