    Hi I don't know where to buy the memorial PB from, but I bought things from the y-yui shop. You need a proxy service / Japanese address. Most commonly known is tenso.com, you make an account, provide identification, and then they provide you with their warehouse address. Then, when you buy items on the y-yui website, you use their address instead of your own. When the warehouse has received your item, they will request shipping fee and then send the item to America.

    There are other proxy shipping services, feel free to look around and compare them! Tenso isn't very cheap, but I don't think any proxy service is... I've had only good experiences with it, but it might be worth doing your own research! Good luck!

    Tower also ships overseas (link in one of her tweets). It looks like another shipper, but one where you don't have to supply a different address in Japan. Now as I read more, they buy for you then ship the goods ("We purchase on your behalf and process delivery for you.)
