I don't really have a favorite or a song that REALLY stuck with me, but the closest would be Kimi no Koto ga Suki Dakara (Undergirls, 2009), Maenomeri (SKE48, 2015) and Nakama no Uta (SKE48, 2009)

Having spent some time over the holidays listening to 48G songs I'm now more certain than ever that my all-time favourite is NMB48's Takane no Ringo.

    Overture

Seriously though, if we're keeping this strictly 48, then UZA. Silent Majority is my number one if we're including 46.

It's hard to choose but I'd go with UZA, the song that got me into AKB48.

I want to make a list of my favorite A-sides of every group from top to bottom eventually (doing every song would be too hard!)

But for now it will have to suffice that Bukiyou Taiyou and Kimi wa Melody are my top 2 (musically). If I added lyrics to the consideration it would likely be different,
with Ano hi no fuurin, Mori e ikou and Hitsujikai no tabi being in the running. It's just that A-sides don't really have deep lyrics because they tend to stick to basic themes of love.

From the beginning I liked the melody and the PV.

After listening for a while the lyrics really hit close to the heart. I listen to it a lot as motivation when I feel like things have gone to crap.

Probably NEW SHIP from GIVE ME FIVE! for the 48Group
For the Sakamichi it would be Silent Majority
For the international SG, it would be Bunga Matahari (Himawari) of JKT48
