Oh my, this is a hard choice. If I had to pick something I come back to over and over again, however, it will have to be Beginner.
Mine is definitely Everyday Katyusha! Nobody ever talks about it but i love it so much, it's such a nostalgic sounding song. For 46G it's definitely Futari Saison such a beautiful song and it's what got me hooked into 46G in the first place, coz i never paid attention to them before that.
Beginner is a very special song for me. The lyrics are equally strong/harsh and encouraging. Also Temodemo no namida, Kibouteki refrain, Korogaru ishi ni nare and Negaigoto are some of my favorites.

I'd have to go with 365 nichi no Kamihikouki as well. I quite like Toshi's cover, and I feel Takeuchi Miyu's cover is also underappreciated. Th originals are of course good as well.
Even though it was released back in 2012 as a coupling song for Eien Pressure, it's only in the last few months that I've properly disovered Tsuyogari Dokei and it's now become not only my top favourite SKE48 song but also one of my favourite 48G tracks.
