@sillythings. Thanks for the clips. Though I wonder who the talking idiots are that are destroying the last video? I hate such stuff. Unfortunately, I got the feeling that it's lip sync as usual. It lowers my interest.

That's what I've heard too but here it was lip sync with no sync sometimes. Could have been the video.

Edit:Sorry. Yes, it was the video. And the chattering idiots that made me angry..

    10K in a 20K venue... still impressive.

If they release this, I'll probably pick up a copy.

I think Yukirin is the first AKB member to really have pursue her idol career at this level. solo live all by herself. pretty amazing for Yukirin. really need to support her.

    ^
^The arena was in configuration B (stage on a long side).
Researching it, it seems that it puts the capacity at between 10,000 and 12,500 persons depending on the organization. There was a small central stage too, so there mustn't have been much more than 10,000 places.

Besides Yukirin, are there any other members or ex-members, especially senbatsu or ex-senbatsu who have held solo concerts ? If not, then I must say our Dark Queen (Black) is perhaps the only one of the senbatsu who has the courage for it, and also being multi-talented to be able to play different musical instruments.

    as far as I know:

    Itano Tomomi
Maeda Atsuko (twice, flower and kimi wa boku da)
    Takahashi Minami

dunno about sasshi. but basically the member who has solo career has ever held a solo concert

I wouldn't say that those concerts were really to this scale. For example, Takamina's was more of a promo event, than a concert

sasshi have concert too, in fact she "produced" an idol concert by just showing up at the concert without preperation, how cool is that.
she even "tolerate" the violation of turn-time of each idol group, so the concert can stay longer, clever.

    @obakechan
I agree, Yukirin had held 2 solo live concert consecutively unlike other top members who had solo singing career.
Tomochin had 1,700 fans,Takamina had 4000 fans, Acchan had 6000 fans on their first solo live event which I believed isn't followed up until now.this is Yukirin 3rd solo live concert in a large-scale arena considering this is her only 2nd Single. this is a nice feat of Yukirin. the flow of Yukirin's solo idol career is great compared to other members [clap]

well, actually Torigoya-San asked, "Besides Yukirin, are there any other members or ex-members, especially senbatsu or ex-senbatsu who have held solo concerts ?" not who have held bigger concert than Yukirin [hehe] . anyway, thanks for the information and correction

Re: [Concert] Yukirin 3rd Solo Live at Yokohama Arena 2013/1

depends how picky you are on the definition of concert and what you consider as a concert.
All the solo artists have held lives tied to their cds, called mini-lives or special lives and they generally only sing a few songs in each event. Takamina's special live was different cause it was close to a full concert set with 12 songs in total.

Yukirin's 3rd solo live is the first one with general public ticket sales, at least 8000 people had to pay 5000 yen. :D

Re: [Concert] Yukirin 3rd Solo Live at Yokohama Arena 2013/1

From pics and clips it looks like production value was high.
I wonder in long term how sustainable this kind of one single big arena concert format financially is?
We all know that Aki-P is taking losses even with multiple big concerts/tours with same settings. This one was just one single concert in I assume rather expensive big venue.
