This is hardly comparable. A 48-group concert involves a lot of manpower and equipment. They have dozens of microphones (some of them maybe dummys, but no one said that these are cheap), equipment that can candle this amount of mics, people operating that equipment, catering for the members/staff, costumes ...

A single artist live should be able to break even with fewer audience.

nice info but we're talking about how a large-scale concert is set-up for a AKB member turn solo artist.
and so far, I think Yukirin is by far among the AKB members have held 10,000 people coming into her concert. double digit of thousand!!

I remember former original member Hoshino Michiru had held a solo concert at AKB48's theater a few years ago. She was senbatsu only for Sakura no Hanabiratachi like all the 1st gen. members.

I hope there will be a DVD out
From the previews it looks like a majority of the concert has good instrumental backing and all live vocals.
I have no issues with lipsyncing but bearing in mind they have a good vocalist this time and there's no dancing I'm glad that we get to hear her amazing live vocals

For the 2nd Solo Live, the DVD/Bluray was released 4 months after the concert. I expect it will be something similar this time which will put it around Feb/March.

These concert preview always remind me how much talented Yukirin is as a singer and entertainer.

"You forgot me? Let me remind WHO IS THE QUEEN."

She blend a lot in AKB48, letting the pushed member get their push and staying quietly more and more on the backside. Because she feel like old gen this is her way to support young gen.

Maybe she is able to do that because she knows this is at her concert that she shines the most.

Yukirin is so amazing, she's under appreciated sometimes. I've watched neither of her solo concerts, and this Digest clip just made me feel in awe
Dammit, time to scavenge deep into my wallet to order this.

let me share you some of yukirin truthness, she said herself in documentary interview that she actually very poor in what they called "rivalry" or "competition", she always have this weakness where she being lazy n let other people took the first move, for example in ponytail shushu PV when shooting she with myao n akicha, the director said to choose your own spot, yukirin just space out while myao n akicha rushing for good spot.(but in the end since she was yukirin, any spot wont do any different for her )

and other example that recognized, you can see when they doing group MC, yukirin definitely always stepping back 1feet cuz she very lazy for MC competition unless other member asking her or if she were the leading MC.

she was the real down-to-earth person, she isnt talking too much in any media, but she only talk when people ask her to.

anyway, i just love when she move-down in the middle of arena,
she should do that too later in tokyo dome concert(please kami! make it happen!!! [angel] )

is she about to crying in chimoku song???
the way she sounds, her teary eyes and the way she gesture her hand to her head for trying to holding cry.
