3 hours of bonus footage lol
And it looks so cute, interesting, and funny already... Is this their bait to get Keyaki fans to buy the DVD? lol

    Thank you.

At first when I started the drama I kept thinking 'what is this' but then I kept watching and suddenly became trash. I'm all caught up on the subs from ukn48, and now I'm just patiently waiting for subs for the rest of the episodes.

If there is one thing Wotas are known for it's wisdom, well that and a raw animalistic sexual magnetism.

Sadly it looks like they know exactly what to use to bait wotas
    • Lots of funny moments
    • Lots of smiling Techi
    • Fake documentary made by Keyakizaka members
    • Letting Keyaki members handling their own camera and fooling around with the iPad (all the stupid selfies seen in the preview)

If the DVD brings them happiness, it is worth the buy. 3 hours of them laughing, talking about whatever, and having fun would make me happy when watching it, so I would buy the DVD if I had the money (and most importantly if I could speak Japanese lol) whether it is really that worth the cost or not/that interesting.

In a dystopian future a group of kids are put in a remote location by an evil government and forced to fight each other till there is only one winner/survivor.
Am I talking about Hunger Games or Battle Royale?

The author of Hunger Games would not have to have seen the film, although it had been shown at some US film festivals prior to the publication of The Hunger Games, to crib from it. She could have simply heard about the plot line. Battle Royale was very conversational upon it's initial release in Japan as well as very successful.

IIRC doesn't the writer of Hunger Games said she never heard of Battle Royale before, and that it was accidental?

Plus i don't think Battle Royale is very well known, though it's such a classic

    Hunger Games
As punishment for a past rebellion, each of the 12 districts of Panem is forced by the Capitol to select two tributes, one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18, to fight to the death in the annual Hunger Games.
    Battle Royale
Battle Royale takes place in a fictional fascist Japan in the year 1997. The state, known as the Republic of Greater East Asia

There's no canon explanation. It's up to you decide the explanation you like more.

Personally, I find this drama a mess from start to end. I wrote a review about it HERE, so I spare you all my rant lol
I just enjoyed the girls and then went to rewatch Tokuyama Daigoro etc... once again (I'm not always this critical[hehe], I loved that one)
