The word Oshimen (推しメン) comes from "oshiteru member" ("The member you want to push"). It's the term used to describe the favorite member from a fan. Even though it usually describes only one member, many fans have one oshimen per group (The favorite member between the oshimens is usually referred as Kami-oshi). Sometimes fans change their oshimen (Oshihen).

The term "Oshi" applies to members ("Oshimen" are sometimes simply called "Oshi") and also to groups and teams (For example, Team B Oshi).
