It was first a six-episode television drama broadcast weekly from April 6 to May 11, 2020. The drama's theme song was Nogizaka46's Fantastic Sanshokupan.

The film was originally to follow on May 15, 2020 after the drama finished its run, but because of the Corona virus pandemic it was postponed and released on September 9, 2020.
