STU 1st Generation 5th Anniversary Special Performance (STU1期生5周年特別公演) was a special concert, held by STU48, to celebrate the 1st Generation's 5th Anniversary. It was held on September 3rd, 2022, at the Okayamamirai Hall in Fukuyama.

The two concerts were held at 14:00 and 18:00 respectively.
