The AKB48 Group Unit Janken Tournament 2017 (AKB48グループユニットじゃんけん大会2017) will be held on September 24, 2017 at Nippon Gaishi Hall, Nagoya, Japan.

Unlike the previous years the members can form units by themselves and a representative of a unit will compete against others for a major single debut.
