A concurrent position (兼任, Kennin) is a position where a member of AKB48, SKE48, NMB48, HKT48, JKT48, SNH48, GNZ48, SHY48, CKG48, Nogizaka46 or Keyakizaka46 becomes a member of two different groups and teams at the same time.

The concurrent position format was first introduced at the Saitama Super Arena Concert.
