DIVA is a unit from AKB48 singles. The unit appeared for the 1st time in AKB48's 18th single Beginner, and for the last time in AKB48's 20th single Sakura no Ki ni Narou. DIVA acts a bit like Theater Girls, and is used for the members who have not been placed in either Senbatsu, Undergirls or MINT.
DIVA should not be confused with AKB48 sub-group DiVA.
