MNL48 Team Unknown is a temporary MNL48 team. Currently (July 2021), the team has 6 members.

February 13 - Team Unknown is formed with 5 members: Allyza Mae Roxas, Bhrianna Chriszell Chua, Jana Ross Angeles, Kathlene Claire Apduhan, Klaryle Mercado
- The MNL48 Trainee members that ranked in the Top 36 were promoted automatically, but it was not announced which teams they would join.
- Members of Team MII, Team NIV and Team L between ranks 37-48 were demoted to MNL48 Trainee. Members not ranking in the Top 48 had to graduate from the group.
July 1 - Mheijie Calis is promoted.
