Kayano Shinobu, also known as Chino Shinobu, is the AKB48 group costume general manajer.

- Appointed as Creative Director of Oshare Company Costume Department in 2013.
- Become AKB48 Group General Manager (concurrently as costume chief designer) from February 24, 2014.
- Become AKB48 Theater Manager (concurrently as AKB48 Group General Manager and AKB48 group costume general manajer) from March 26, 2015 (along with declining Inauguration of Shiba Tomoya).
- Due to personnel change, on April 17, 2017, Kayano Shinobu presented to retire from AKB48 Group General Manager and AKB48 Theater Manager. She still be AKB48 group costume general manajer until now (transition period until the end of June 2017).
