AKB48 members

Ohori Megumi, married screenwriter Kanazawa Tatsuya in Hawaii in August 2013, and gave birth to a daughter the following June.
Kikuchi Ayaka, married in December 2014 and had her first child on April 30, 2015
Nakanishi Rina, married and has a daughter, Airi.
Kawasaki Nozomi, married with a male model by the name of "Alexander".
Komori Mika, married on April 10, 2016

JKT48 members

Nurhalima Oktavianti, first former member of JKT48 who was married and have a child
Rica Leyona, married on August 20, 2016 with a Japanese man.

Future

SNH48 members

Zeng YuJia, first former member of SNH48 to marry. She was married on October 7, 2016.
