Team Kaigai (2013)
Team Kaigai is a AKB48 special Team for the Study Abroad Program members. They are temporary members of a international sister group (JKT48, TPE48 or SNH48). They will return to AKB48 after 6 months~1 year out. All transferences were announced on the Tokyo Dome Team Shuffle, on August 24, 2012.
- Miyazawa Sae - SNH48 (SNH48 Research Students)
- Suzuki Mariya - SNH48 (SNH48 Research Students)
- Takajo Aki - JKT48 (Team J)
- Nakagawa Haruka - JKT48 (Team J)
Return to the group
On April 28, 2013, three of the Team Kaigai members returned to AKB48. They now hold a Concurrent Position. Nakagawa Haruka, however, is still only on JKT48. On June 2013, Miyazawa Sae cancelled her concurrent position on Team K, becoming only a member of SNH48.
